ASAP Fence & Gates, LLC · 2219 63rd Ave E, Unit C, Bradenton, FL 34203 · Last updated 2 September 2026.
If you ask us for a quote we collect what you type into the form or tell us on the phone: your name, a phone number or email address, the property address where the fence would go, and whatever you tell us about the job. That is all we ask for and all we keep. We do not ask for payment details on this website — quotes are given on site and invoiced afterwards.
To measure the job, send you a quote, schedule the work, pull the county permit where one is required, and contact you about that job. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade contact details, and we do not send marketing to people who asked for a quote and decided not to go ahead.
Only people who need it to do the work: our own crew, the county permitting office when a permit is filed, and the HOA where a community requires approval of materials. If a job needs a subcontractor — an electrician for a gate operator, for example — that person gets the site address and nothing more.
This site is static HTML. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts of its own. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. When we run advertising, the ad platform may set its own cookies under its own policy once you arrive from an ad.
Quote enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after twelve months. Records of completed work are kept for seven years because Florida contract and warranty obligations require it.
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it — by phone on (941) 744-6120 or by email at [email protected]. If a deletion request covers a job we are legally required to keep records of, we will tell you which part we have to retain and why.
This is a fencing contractor's website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes to how we use quote information would be described here rather than made quietly.
